From the moment its doors first opened in 2019 in Roxas City, Bread Basket has been a familiar place of comfort. A place that feels warm and nourishing. A place that carries the essence of cherished mornings, the ease of slow afternoons, and the joy of sharing simple moments.
What began as a heartfelt passion soon grew into something bigger. In July 2021, Bread Basket brought its familiar embrace to Iloilo City, followed by a new home at SM City Roxas in April 2022.
Today, Bread Basket continues to rise, welcoming more families, friends, and loved ones into its cozy corners. With its new locations, it remains a place where warmth, good food, and heartfelt moments come together—just like the comfort of home.

Since the 1700s, the term “breadbasket” has been used to refer to one’s stomach or belly, and for most of its existence, it has been associated with eating. The Bread Basket actually has its roots in the heart, home, and friends; the aroma of freshly baked bread, like the sound of soft water running, is indescribable in its ability to evoke joy and innocence. A fancy buffet with expertly prepared Middle Eastern, Filipino, and Mongolian cuisine.
Bread Basket’s specialties are freshly baked breads and pastries with a couple of coffee and tea. We accept advance orders and reservations for big or small celebrations. Here, we are ensuring quality standards for food preparation, hygiene, and affordability.
Now the dough is rising and expanding, and we are absolutely thrilled to share that we are expanding our kitchen doors and to give a better dining space closer to you! More surprises await you at our growing Company branches in SM City Iloilo and Megaworld Iloilo that are soon to open.

Driven to give the Capizenos quality bread, cakes, and pastries at an affordable price, one of our visionaries, Mrs. Hyacinth O. Viterbo established the Bread Basket in December 2019 at our Main Branch, G/F Hotel Veronica, Pueblo de Panay, Roxas City.
Our customers wanted more from us and we were more than happy to oblige. Our menu expanded to include tea, coffee, and other beverages. In the last quarter of 2021, we merged with Festa Resto to become the one-stop bakery, café, and restaurant that we are today.
Last July 2021 we expanded our market to the City of Love, Iloilo City. Our notable presence in the bakery-café scene gave us the confidence to open our third branch, at SM Roxas, Roxas City, last April 2022.
We continue to commit to producing fresh, delicious, and nutritious bread, cakes, and pastries everyday that reaches you, warm and satisfyingly tasty.
